Data We Collect
We collect PII (Personally Identifiable Information) including your name, email address, and transaction history. For Guest Checkouts, this information is extracted via the Web Payments API (Apple Pay / Google Pay) to ensure the Organizer has an accurate ledger.

- ✓Facilitate the Pool collection and display the public ledger.
- ✓Provide AI-generated Nudge templates and Thank You notes.
- ✓Communicate essential transaction receipts and platform updates.

Third-Party Service Providers

- ✓Stripe — To process payments, verify identity, and calculate/collect applicable sales tax via Stripe Tax.
- ✓Supabase — For secure database storage and user authentication.
- ✓OpenAI / Vercel AI — To process Pool Titles for generative themes and nudge logic (data is anonymized where possible).
- ✓Vercel — For hosting and real-time social image generation.
